4. Intellectual property
The Lectune trademark, its logo, texts, interface, graphic elements and the code of the website and the app are the exclusive property of SAS QR Développement, unless stated otherwise. Any full or partial reproduction, representation or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited.
Book titles, author names, summaries and covers come from the open Open Library database (Internet Archive). They remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only to identify the chosen work. Lectune is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any author or publisher.
The conditions for using the soundtracks composed by Lectune are set out in the terms of use.
5. AI-generated content
Soundtracks are generated by artificial intelligence: a language model (Mistral AI, or Google Gemini as a fallback) writes a musical description from the book's public metadata, then a music model (Google Lyria) composes the music. No excerpt of the book's text and no existing musical work is reproduced.
The music is presented in the Service as AI-generated; music produced by Google Lyria may also carry an imperceptible digital watermark (SynthID).
